Terms of service

1. Using OsmicTrade

OsmicTrade is for running a business. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for yourself or for the business you represent. The person who creates a business in OsmicTrade is its owner and is responsible for who they give access to and what those people can do.

2. Your account

• Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for everything done through your business’s accounts.

3. Free trial

Every new business gets a free trial with the full product for the period shown on our pricing page. No card is needed. When the trial ends, the business becomes read-only until someone subscribes: records stay visible and printable, but nothing new can be added.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in the currency shown at checkout, through our payment provider Stripe.
• Add-ons for extra users, branches and warehouses are charged on top of the plan for as long as you keep them.
• If a payment fails, Stripe will try again. If it still cannot be collected, the business becomes read-only until the balance is paid.
• We may change prices. We will tell owners at least 30 days before a change affects their subscription.
• Promotion codes apply only as described when they are issued, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn.

5. Cancelling

Owners can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. The subscription then ends at the close of the period already paid for, and the business becomes read-only. Payments already made are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law says otherwise.

6. Your data

• The records you put into OsmicTrade belong to your business. We use them only to provide OsmicTrade to you, as described in our privacy policy.
• You are responsible for having the right to record information about your customers, suppliers and workers, and for its accuracy.
• OsmicTrade helps you prepare invoices, statements and reports, but it is not accounting, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for the documents you issue and for your tax filings.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use OsmicTrade to break the law, to store content you have no right to, to try to reach other businesses’ data, to overload or attack the service, or to resell it without our written permission.

8. The service

We work to keep OsmicTrade available, secure and backed up, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted — for example during maintenance or because of problems with our providers. We improve OsmicTrade continually and may change or retire features; we will give notice before removing anything important you rely on.

9. Suspension and ending

We may suspend access if these terms are seriously broken, if payment is overdue, or to protect the service or other users — where possible after telling you first. You can stop using OsmicTrade at any time.

10. Liability

OsmicTrade is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount the business paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell owners before it takes effect; continuing to use OsmicTrade after that means you accept the new terms.
