Billing questions
What happens when the free trial ends?
Subscribe from Settings → Billing to carry on. If you don't, your records stay safe and visible, but nothing new can be added until you subscribe.
How do I pay?
By debit or credit card through Stripe, billed monthly. Invoices and receipts are available from Settings → Billing.
Can I change or cancel later?
Yes. Add or remove add-ons, update your card or cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
Is my data kept if I cancel?
Your business becomes read-only: you can still sign in, view and print your records. Contact us if you want them deleted.
Do you offer discounts?
From time to time we run launch offers with promotion codes. Ask us on the contact page.
